SECTION 1 - CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES
· Change of mind returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase.
· Proof of purchase is required.
· Items must be in original condition, including all packaging and tags.
· Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
· Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
SECTION 2 - FAULTY, DEFECTIVE OR NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, exchange or replacement if an item is:
· Defective or faulty,
· Not fit for its intended purpose, or
· Not of acceptable quality considering its price and type.
SECTION 3 - PERSONAL ITEMS (FOOTWEAR & CLOTHING)
Returns will only be accepted if items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn items.
SECTION 4 - SECOND HAND ITEMS
All second-hand products are sold as-is. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
