We are committed to providing a reliable and efficient delivery service for all online purchases. The following policy outlines our shipping and delivery terms. SECTION 1 - DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Currently our orders are only shipped to Australian delivery locations. International shipping will be coming soon so please check back for updates for international destinations.
SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following receipt of full payment. Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched.
SECTION 3 - ORDER TRACKING
All orders include an Australia Post tracking number. Customers who believe their order has been delayed in any way are encouraged to contact us to obtain tracking information for further assistance.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and the location of the destination address. Standard delivery within Australia is generally 2–5 business days. Please note that shipping times may be subject to delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural events, or carrier disruptions.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are charged at a flat rate. Rates are based on the size and weight of the items purchased.
SECTION 6 - DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address, as well as the safe acceptance of goods at the nominated location. Responsibility for the item passes to the purchaser once the carrier has confirmed delivery to the specified address.
SECTION 7 - DAMAGED ITEMS AND RETURNS
In the event that an item arrives damaged, the purchaser must take a clear photo of the item and contact us immediately to discuss replacement options. All returns and replacements are subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
